The 19th National Conference on Nuclear Physics and the 15th National Member Representative Congress Held in Ruichang

On the morning of March 28, the 19th National Conference on Nuclear Physics and the 15th National Member Representative Congress convened in Ruichang, Jiujiang City. Mr. Jiang Wending, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Jiujiang Municipal Committee, Mayor of Jiujiang Municipal People’s Government, attended the conference and delivered an address.

The city is also promoting the clustered and chain-based development of the nuclear industry, and advancing a strategy of taking reactors as the foundation and fostering industrial clusters with nuclear technologies. By expanding nuclear application scenarios in depth and breadth, Jiujiang City continues to strengthen its leading position in the nuclear technology application industry along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Mr. Jiang expressed that Jiujiang City will take this conference as an opportunity to draw on diverse insights, deepen pragmatic cooperation, and transform academic influence into industrial competitiveness while turning scientific and technological support into new drivers of development.
